Who qualifies
All four, and we take your word for the first three.
- Incorporated in the last five years.
- Raised a Series A or earlier, or nothing at all.
- Fewer than 50 people.
- Have not held Twinbay credits before.
The program is for teams shipping their own product. Agencies and consultancies building on a client's behalf are out of scope, and academic researchers do not need it — we lift the meter for them outright.

A person reads it
We reply within five business days, and we say why if the answer is no. Start building while you wait — the Free plan needs no approval.

The balance lands
$5,000 is applied to your organisation and spends itself down as twins run. Nothing to activate, no card on file.
Free gives you 10 twin-hours a month with no application at all.
The credit runs out eventually. Here is what it runs out into.
No cliff
When the balance runs out you continue at $1 per twin-hour, billed by the second. Environments keep their seeded state and their logs; nothing is torn down and nothing is deleted.
No surprise bill
Credits are spent before anything is charged, and a card is only needed once they are gone. Set a spend cap and we stop starting twins at the ceiling rather than billing past it.
Your launch rate, kept
Early teams keep the price they started on as Twinbay grows, so the rate waiting on the other side of the credit is the rate you applied on.
